Job description:

Function:

  • Plan and execute Administrative and HR tasks.

Duties:

  • Make plan and execute Administrative, HR tasks: recruiting, training, salary, employee assetment, Labor Contract, Policy for labourer.
  • Give advice for Director about HR situation and offer HR suggestion to increase business operation.
  • Set up organizational structure responsibility regulation of departments.
  • Establish policy, procedure, solve public relationships.
  • Set up corporate culture, working manner of employee.
  • Hold enterprise events. Support business of Boad of managers.

Education:

  • University Degree – Bachelor with Foreign Language, technology-production or any other major but have Foreign Language skill, extensive view.

Experience:

  • 0-1 years experience.

Skills:

  • Ms. Office Suite.
  • Typing skill and process computer task.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Leadership skill, Make and execute plan.
  • Adaptive skill in any cases.
  • Be able to work or go business far.

Language:

  • Good Chinese or English at both conversation and translate documents.
