SPECIAL FEATURES OF PHC PILES
- Spinning will result in high compaction concrete , reduces water - cement ratio so that the concrete strength and durability of the pile will be increased
- Concrete strength Grade 800 will allow the piles to be driven through hard strata.
- With the auto-clave curing system, the piles can be immediately driven after moved to the production line.
- High flexural rigidity.
- Absence of torsional stresses during driving Piles.
- Having high anti-corrosion ability especially for marine environment.
- Manufactured piles have the length up to 18 meters .
- Pile extension is fast, economical and easy process on-site.
- Lightweight structures , reduce the price.
- Stable quality based on industrial production conditions
- Quickly Finished projects because of fast delivery Piles .
- High rate of production ensures early completion of projects.
- Eliminate concrete site work, is a special advantage in urban redevelopment projects.

+ PILE JOINT :
The joint is designed to be anti-cracking and damaging moment.
+ THE END PLATE :
The end plates of spcc piles with various categories will be supplied depending on the geological layers in order
to comformity with execution requirements at sites.
+ CURING :
Production process with the flexible curing system, according to two modes:
- Curing mode 1 : Common pressure curing(700C – 900C). Piles can be applied after 7 days - R7.
- Curing mode 2 : High pressure curing(1800C - 2000C). After common pressure curing stage, piles will be increased concrete intensity into auto-clave chambers. And can be applied immediately – R 1 day = R 28 days.
