SPCC Project Management (full project management and construction management – PMCM) shall contribute to project as the lead consult to work closely with Client (including its agents and authorised representatives) in order to achieve the client’s schedule and program, budget and project quality requirements to deliver the final product at the end of the project period.
- Tender Process: pre-qualify appoiment, issue request for proposal, issue tender and award of contract.
- Development of 1/500 master planning
- Managing design consultants, construction team and other third parties
- Deliver products within required time, cost and quality, compliance with all necessary construction regulation and requirements
