During more than  10  years we have managed the construction of over 100 projects in Vietnam, representing over 3 million square meter of construction area. Building types include Villas, Townhouses, mid-rise, high-rise and mixed-use residential towers, office, commercial, schools and special-use buildings.

This has been achieved with a special work-force of over 100 local and expatriate staff, both Western and Asian professionals, in English, Vietnamese and Chinese languages.

Our Project Management system documentation, including procedures, inspection forms, checklists, letters, first certified to ISO 9001 in 2003, is now upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 certificationOur fully integrated project, financial and administrative data management system is driven by the world famous SAP software applications.

Our Clients base icludes Phu My Hung, Khaisilk, Saigon Tourist, Fuji Film, Phu Long, Unilever, IPC and Prudential Fund Management.
