Job description:

Function:

• Heating Ventilation Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Engineer

Duties:

• Supervise HVAC works on site.
• Ensure the proper implementation of approved drawings and related standards/specifications.
• Check materials delivered on site to meet the quality and quantity as required.
• Co-ordinate with designer regarding design clarifications.
• Report to Construction Manager / M&E Team Leader on status of HVAC works.
• Have experience in M&E Quantity Surveying (QS) field will be an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent M&E Technical degrees.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC supervision roles.
• Preferred - 5 years site experience.
• Prefer - Experience in working for foreign companies.

Skills:

• Good communication and organizational ability, creativity, initiative and Assertiveness.

Language:

• Minimum – C levels of English. Able to communicate in English (both written and oral).
• Preferred – English proficient
