His experience includes leading many large-scale projects such as Da Ya Bay Nuclear Power Plant in Guangdong, China, Mawan Power Plant in Shenzhen, China, two 300+ meter high buildings in Shenzhen, China and a host of other significant overseas projects. |
 Deputy General Manager
The SPCC’s Deputy General Director, Mr. James Young (Taiwanese nationality), has both Engineering & Business background. He came to Vietnam in 1995 and participated in prestige projects of Power Infrastructure & City Development in Vietnam. His experiences in infrastructure construction and city development will bring value to SPCC’s customers. |
Financial Controller
The SPCC’s financial Controller, Ms. Hsu Chia Chi (Taiwanese nationality), an excellent expert in accounting, and financial management, is in charge of the company’s accounting, and finance functions. |

Mr. Lu Zhen Zhong (Chinese nationality), is a specialist of building materials. He has more than 40 years of experience in the role as leader of construction materials manufacturing such as ready-mixed concrete, piles, pre-casts and more. |
